Tai Chi Yang 24: Monday, April 29 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. In this class, participants will learn the 24 movements of Yang 24. The slow movement will improve coordination and balance, increase your strength and stamina, and decrease your stress. Instructor: Mary Curtis. Cost is $20 per class.
