Enjoy a safe and playful mixed-level Yoga Flow class designed for beginners to intermediate-level practitioners. We will explore awareness of the mind/body connection to inspire good posture, better breathing, movement, balance, and relaxation. Walk-ins welcome! Cost is $10 per person, per class.
