Come and experience the “joyful movement”. This class is great for anyone who can benefit from the support of a chair during exercise. “Chair-a-Cise” centers around strengthening, coordination, mobility and cognitive health. This 50-minute class includes exercises from yoga, tai chi, aerobics, and strength training set to uplifting music. Walk-ins welcome! All classes at the PGICA are open to the public.
