DESCRIPTION:After the last two years of pandemic living\, many people are realizing that stress\, isolation\, and uncertainty have taken a toll on their well-being. Our goal is to provide foundational knowledge about mental health & mental health conditions and information about what people can do if their mental health is a cause for concern.There will be a brief program where community members share their inspiring stories.  Then\, we'll embark on a scenic 1/2 mile walk through our beautiful Harbor Walk in effort to raise awareness for mental health.\n\n\n\nFREE T-shirts to firs 100 walkers\, refreshments & snacks.  Community information tables\, Honor Beads\, Raffle Prizes\, FREE Mental Health Screening and FREE Narcan.\n\n\n\nGuest are encouraged to bring lawn chairs\, no registration necessary\, hope to see you there!
