Certified LE Deputies starts at $77\,641 per year\, which reflects a rate of $35.55. Years of prior service can be considered for higher starting pay up to $84\,193/$38.55 an hour. Deputies will work 12-hour shifts from 6 to 6 either am or pm. Sponsorship applicants starting pay is $31.31 an hour during the academy. All academy expenses will be paid by the agency including uniforms and testing fees.
