DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Escorted Chrome and Courage Ride on Saturday\, April 11\, 2026\, in Port Charlotte\, benefiting Trauma Recovery Alliance and Bert's Salute to America Foundation.\n\nThis special community event supports Veterans and First Responders and helps raise awareness around PTSD\, trauma\, mental health struggles\, and the importance of connection\, support\, and hope. Riders will gather at Bert's Black Widow Harley-Davidson for registration\, a nice breakfast\, and a safety briefing before taking part in an escorted ride throughout Charlotte County\, including a meaningful ride through William R. Gaines Veterans Memorial Park and over one of Charlotte County's beautiful bridges. Kickstands up at 10:00 AM\, and returning for lunch and the Resource Fair.\n\nBreakfast Lunch\, and refreshments are included with registration\, and we expect to have items such as milk\, chocolate milk\, coffee\, and water available to help everyone get the day started\, and world-famous BBQ for lunch.\n\nIf you ride\, we would truly love to have you come ride with us. This is meant to be a meaningful\, easy-going\n\n"Wind Therapy" kind of day\, bringing people together in a way that feels welcoming\, supportive\, and strong. It will also be a very special escorted ride and one of the first of its kind locally in close to 20 years.\n\nYou do not have to ride to be part of the day. Community members are invited to come out\, register\, and enjoy the breakfast and barbecue lunch\, and take part in the Veterans and First Responders Resource Fair.
