DESCRIPTION:The Charlotte County Jazz Society presents Paul Gavin and Mosaic on November 10\, 2025\, at 7:00 at The Charlotte Performing Arts Center (CPAC)\, 701 Carmalita St\, Punta Gorda. They will be presenting the music of Art Blakey and the Jazz Messengers. Led by drummer Art Blakey\, the Jazz Messengers gave birth to some of Jazz's best-known musicians and compositions. Mosaic is Paul's tribute to the Hard Bop genre of Jazz. The sextet will feature trumpet\, saxophone\, trombone\, piano\, bass and drums playing some of the best Jazz ever composed. You can expect to hear the swing of the bass\, amazing horn solos\, incredible piano playing\, and of course\, thunderous drums. Charlotte County Jazz Society members are free\, and the public is welcome for $25 per ticket\, payable at the door\, cash or check only. You can also purchase tickets and memberships online at our website at: cc-jazz.org. Students are free.
