DESCRIPTION:Join 4KIDS Southwest Florida for a very special event: A Night of Advocacy 4KIDS featuring an incredible conversation with Peter Mutabazi. Peter is an international advocate for children who will share his journey from street kid in Uganda to a single foster dad who has fostered 41 children and adopted 3. As a child\, he ran away from an abusive home and was helped by the kindness of strangers. As an adult\, he found himself in a position to be able to help foster children\, so Peter began taking children into my home years ago to give back what was so freely given to him. Peter will share his story\, insights\, and expertise from discussing systemic challenges to highlighting promising interventions\, and together we will examine how we can come together as a community to make a meaningful difference.
