DESCRIPTION:Charlotte County Chamber presents the 46th Annual Christmas Parade on Saturday\, December 14\, 2024.\n\n\n\nWe welcome all Businesses\, Clubs and Organizations to sign up their very best Float\, Decorated Car or Pick-Up\, Marching or Performing Group for the Parade! Our theme is the "Characters of Christmas."\n\nThe parade will step off at Noon from the Charlotte Performing Arts Center\, travel on Carmalita Street to turn North on Taylor Road to Disband at the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center. Everyone is welcome to watch this Free Family Friendly event. Bring your lawn chairs or picnic blanket and join us in Downtown Punta Gorda on the 14th!\n\n\n\n*Entry Fee: $50 for profit/ $35 nonprofit / Add $5.00 for each Horse.\n\n*Up to 2 vehicles per entry fee.\n\nDeadline for registration is extended to November 26\, 2024.\n\n\n\nThe Parade will stage at the Charlotte Performing Arts Center. Our disbanding area will be the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center parking lot. We encourage participants to park at the Charlotte Harbor Event & Conference Center and take the One-Way Shuttle to the staging area. The shuttle stops at 11:30a.m. so please be on time. Don't Forget\, the only Santa permitted in the parade will be the official Santa Claus designated by the Chamber. \n\nClick here for the Registration Flyer.\n\n\n\nUnfortunately\, due to all the planning that goes into this event\, there is no rain date.
