This year\, we honor the exceptional community champions who are driving change and creating opportunities for our most vulnerable neighbors including Veterans\, homeless and formerly homeless youth\, and extremely low-income individuals and families. These champions are consistently expanding access to workforce development and education\, equipping individuals with the tools and resources needed to reach their goals and build lasting\, sustainable futures. Join us as we recognize their extraordinary efforts and commitment to ensuring that every resident has the chance to thrive.
